The solution

Students researched and developed a model for the PESTEL analysis of China. In this analysis, students found the strength and weaknesses of China and identified the factors that strategize an organization’s development and increase revenue. By preparing the model, students evaluated the external environment of a business by breaking down the opportunities and risks into political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental, and Legal factors. From the PESTEL analysis, students learned the tools used in management to identify the positive and negative factors that can impact the growth of any organization.
